Dr. Ruben Rosenberg is a dentist and oral surgeon who specializes in implant dentistry and osseointegration. He graduated from the University of Chile and the University of Cagliari in Italy and completed his postgraduate education in oral surgery at the Pierre et Marie Curie University in France. He was trained in advanced osseointegration surgery by Professor Per-Ingvar Branemark, the pioneer of dental implants, and coauthored two textbooks with him.
He is a visiting professor at several universities in Latin America and a speaker at scientific meetings worldwide. He has published several peer-reviewed articles on topics such as guided surgery, immediate implant placement, and full-arch restoration.
He has been in private practice since 1985, working exclusively in implant surgery, with over 130,000 implants placed. He is the owner and practitioner of the Clínica Rubén Rosenberg in Santiago, Chile, where he focuses on immediate loading and treatment of atrophic and discontinued maxillary bones.
